Learn the latest Sparring Techniques used by professional fighters, ask questions, and train with the very best.
This class allows students, ages 15+, to apply skills they have learned in actual fighting scenarios, using proper padding in a safe environment. Classes accommodate all physical abilities and skill levels.

- There are 4 components to sparring - Kickboxing, Tournament Point Sparring, Close Quarter Sparring (Soft Sparring), and Ground Fighting
- Kickboxing - Not only a great cardio, it also help gives the student the necessary skill sets to fight against other trained fighters. Not all self defense encounters will be with inexperienced aggressors, so if the attacker has some fighting skills, this give the student the experience necessary to deal with that type of threat.
- Point Sparring - Teaches elusive footwork and speed techniques to compete in Martial Art Tournaments where the goal is to score more points than your opponent in a set time.
- Soft Sparring - Teaches students how to fight inside including; knees, elbows, stomps, joint locking, sweeps/throws etc.
- Ground Fighting - The main goal is to prevent the fight from going to the ground. But if it does, the student is taught fighting techniques to get off the ground as quickly as possible. This is different than BJJ or grappling.
- Ages 13+

Most fights end up on the ground and this class will teach you the skills necessary to defend yourself in any situation. |
