Because we are small and need our clients. We give every client individual and personalized support. We do not limit the type of support you require to technical server issues.

We do not hide behind e-mail "only" support and make erroneous marketing offers of a bzillion megs of server space that you would
never need. The reality is that if you really did use 500 megs of server space, your hosting company would not have it available. They COUNT on you never really needing it. It just looked good in the agreement.
