Administration Menu: after providing your username
and password, the main admin menu is displayed.
You have options such as adding an ad, deleting
an ad, approve awaiting ads, send e-mail to
all users, and manage newsletter list.
Add an Ad: simple function to add an ad to the
system.
Delete an Ad: simple function to delete an ad
from the system.
Approve Awaiting Ads: listing current submitted
ads, awaiting approval by admin. By clicking
link, admin is able to modify or delete the
ad (see below).
Modify/Delete Ads: ability to make changes to
the ad and then approve or decline the ad. Either
action generates an e-mail to the user, indicating
the status of their ad.
E-mail Users: ability to send out a regular e-mail
message or newsletter to all users.
Newsletter Management: ability to manage the newsletter
list.

Online meeting place
for people that are looking for penpals, mainly in Scandinavia.
Available in Swedish and Spanish.
Problem:

were manually included and updated, which was
time consuming and advertisers were forced to
wait unacceptable periods of time for their ads
to go live. |

Create a program
utilizing PHP/MySql technology. The program is fully
automated and only requires administration approval
of ads before they are actually posted for public viewing.
The rest is done within the program itself, saving the
staff hours of time each day. Admin section includes
useful functions to manange most of the automated tasks
along with ad approval. Fully automated advertising
process, newsletter management, e-cards, and live searches
are some of the features required for the new program.
